هذا الموقع مملوك ويُدار من قِبل عبدالله محمد، استشاري تقني للمحتوى التعليمي (جمهورية مصر العربية)، وهو المسؤول عن معالجة بياناتك الشخصية على الموقع وفي مكتبة الأنيميشن والفانكشن أكتيفتي.

2البيانات التي نجمعها

أثناء تصفّح الموقع

• إحصائيات الزيارة: معرّف عشوائي يُحفظ في متصفحك لتمييز الزيارات المتكررة، والصفحة التي تزورها، والموقع الذي أحالك إلينا، والدولة (مستنتجة من الاتصال)، ونوع الجهاز، والنقرات على الأزرار الرئيسية مثل فتح عنصر أو نسخ الكود. لا تتضمن هذه الإحصائيات اسمك أو بيانات تعريفك الشخصية.
• أدوات التحليل: نستخدم Google Tag Manager و Microsoft Clarity لفهم طريقة استخدام الصفحات وتحسينها، وقد تسجّل أداة Clarity تفاعلات التصفح مثل النقرات والتمرير وحركة المؤشر.

عند التواصل معنا

• نموذج التواصل: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف ونص الرسالة، وتصلنا عبر خدمة Formspree.
• واتساب: يفتح زر التواصل محادثة مباشرة عبر واتساب، وتخضع المحادثة لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بخدمة واتساب.

عند تسجيل الدخول إلى المكتبة بحساب Google

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، والصورة الشخصية، ومعرّف حساب Google، والدولة، وتواريخ تسجيل الدخول. لا نطّلع على كلمة المرور الخاصة بك ولا نحتفظ بها.
• المفضلة: العناصر التي تضيفها إلى قائمة المفضلة.
• المشتريات: طلبات الشراء (العنصر أو الدمج، وطريقة الدفع، والمبلغ، والاسم ورقم الهاتف والملاحظات إن أضفتها)، ورموز فتح القفل التي استخدمتها، والعناصر المفتوحة على حسابك. يتضمّن الكود الكامل للعنصر المشترى سطر ترخيص يحمل بريدك الإلكتروني.

بيانات الدفع: لا نستقبل بيانات بطاقتك البنكية أو محفظتك الإلكترونية ولا نحتفظ بها. تتم عملية الدفع بالكامل لدى مقدّم خدمة الدفع (مثل Paymob أو PayPal)، وتخضع لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به.

3أغراض استخدام البيانات

• تشغيل الموقع والمكتبة، وتسجيل الدخول، وحفظ قائمة المفضلة.
• تنفيذ طلبات الشراء، وإصدار رموز فتح القفل، وإتاحة العناصر المشتراة على حسابك من أي جهاز.
• الرد على استفساراتك وطلبات الدعم.
• تحليل استخدام الموقع وتحسين تجربته، وحمايته من إساءة الاستخدام.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها في أغراض إعلانية، ولا نرسل إليك رسائل تسويقية.

4مشاركة البيانات

لا يطّلع على بياناتك سوى مالك الموقع عبر لوحة التحكم، إضافة إلى مزوّدي الخدمات الموثوقين الذين يشغّلون أجزاء من الموقع، وذلك في حدود ما تتطلبه الخدمة فقط:

• Cloudflare: استضافة الموقع وقاعدة البيانات.
• Google: تسجيل الدخول، والخطوط، و Tag Manager.
• Microsoft Clarity: تحليل الاستخدام.
• Formspree و GetButton / واتساب: خدمات التواصل.
• مقدّمو خدمات الدفع: بحسب طريقة الدفع التي تختارها.

وقد نفصح عن البيانات إذا اقتضى ذلك التزام قانوني أو طلب من جهة رسمية مختصة.

5ملفات التخزين في المتصفح

يحفظ الموقع في متصفحك: تفضيل اللغة، والوضع الفاتح أو الداكن، والمعرّف العشوائي للإحصائيات، ومفتاح جلسة تسجيل الدخول (صالح لمدة 30 يومًا). كما قد تستخدم أدوات التحليل ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) الخاصة بها. يمكنك حذف هذه البيانات في أي وقت من إعدادات متصفحك.

6مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

• بيانات الحساب والمفضلة: طوال مدة وجود الحساب.
• سجل المشتريات ورموز فتح القفل: يُحتفظ به لضمان استمرار إتاحة العناصر المشتراة على حسابك، ولأغراض المحاسبة.
• الإحصائيات: تُستخدم في صورة أرقام مجمّعة لا تحدّد هويتك.

7حقوقك

• طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية المحفوظة لدينا.
• طلب تصحيح بياناتك أو تحديثها.
• طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك. يُرجى العلم بأن حذف الحساب يُزيل قائمة المفضلة وإمكانية الوصول إلى العناصر المشتراة بشكل نهائي.
• تسجيل الخروج في أي وقت من قائمة "حسابي".

لممارسة أيٍّ من هذه الحقوق، يُرجى مراسلتنا من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، وسنرد على طلبك خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 يومًا:

8أمن البيانات

نطبّق إجراءات تقنية لحماية بياناتك، من بينها: تشفير الاتصال بالكامل عبر HTTPS، وجلسات دخول موقّعة ومحدّدة المدة، وتخزين رموز فتح القفل بصيغة مشفّرة (Hash) وليس بنصها الأصلي، وتحديد عدد المحاولات لمنع إساءة الاستخدام. هذا الموقع غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا.

9التعديلات والتواصل

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. يُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث موافقةً على السياسة المعدّلة.

2Information we collect

When you browse the site

• Visit statistics: a random identifier stored in your browser to recognize returning visits, the pages you view, the referring site, your country (derived from the connection), your device type, and clicks on key buttons such as opening an item or copying code. These statistics do not include your name or other identifying details.
• Analytics tools: we use Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used and to improve them. Clarity may record browsing interactions such as clicks, scrolling and pointer movement.

When you contact us

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message, delivered to us through Formspree.
• WhatsApp: the contact button opens a direct WhatsApp conversation, which is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

When you sign in to the library with Google

• Account details: your name, email address, profile picture, Google account ID, country and sign-in dates. We never see or store your password.
• Favorites: the items you save to your favorites.
• Purchases: purchase requests (the item or combination, payment method, amount, and your name, phone number and notes if provided), the unlock keys you redeem, and the items unlocked on your account. The full code of a purchased item carries a license line that includes your email address.

Payment details: we never receive or store your card or e-wallet details. Payments are processed entirely by the payment provider (such as Paymob or PayPal) under its own privacy policy.

3How we use your information

• To operate the website and the library, sign you in, and keep your favorites.
• To process purchases, issue unlock keys, and keep the items you bought available on your account on any device.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To analyze and improve the site, and to protect it against misuse.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or send you marketing messages.

4Sharing your information

Your data is accessible only to the site owner, through the dashboard, and to trusted service providers that run parts of the site, strictly as needed to provide their service:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and database.
• Google: sign-in, web fonts and Tag Manager.
• Microsoft Clarity: usage analytics.
• Formspree and GetButton / WhatsApp: communication.
• Payment providers: depending on the payment method you choose.

We may also disclose information where required by law or by a request from a competent authority.

5Browser storage and cookies

The site stores in your browser your language preference, light or dark mode, the random statistics identifier, and your sign-in session key (valid for 30 days). Analytics tools may also set their own cookies. You can clear this data at any time from your browser settings.

6Data retention

• Account data and favorites: kept for as long as your account exists.
• Purchase history and unlock keys: kept so that purchased items remain available on your account, and for accounting purposes.
• Statistics: used as aggregated figures that do not identify you.

7Your rights

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request the correction or update of your data.
• Request the deletion of your account and data. Please note that deleting your account permanently removes your favorites and your access to purchased items.
• Sign out at any time from "My account".

To exercise any of these rights, please write to us from the email address registered on your account. We will respond within 30 days:

We apply technical measures to protect your data, including full HTTPS encryption, signed and time-limited sign-in sessions, unlock keys stored as hashes rather than in plain text, and rate limiting against misuse. This site is not directed at children under the age of 13.

9Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the date of the latest update appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
